WELCOME!
Thank you for visiting our website! We are so happy that you are taking the time to discover more about our church, school and early learning center.
Our mission is to KNOW JESUS, LIVE FOR JESUS and SHARE JESUS. Everything that we do at Christ Lutheran centers on Jesus. It is because of Jesus that we can live with joy knowing that our sins have been forgiven and heaven is a free gift of God’s grace. We invite you to discover this joy with us as together we carry out this mission.

MLC Choral Concert
Join us on Saturday, March 22 at 7 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church (2475 E. 17th Avenue, North St. Paul, MN) as the Martin Luther College Choir, under the direction of Prof. Adrian Smith, presents a choral concert titled “God is our Refuge and Strength.” The program will include settings of familiar hymns, as well as selections by choral music composers representing a variety of musical styles. Martin Luther College trains pastors, staff ministers and teachers for the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. Come and meet some of our future called workers and enjoy the music they bring.

Join us for our Lent series starting Sunday, March 9: Open Door Policies.
When a wayward child wanders far from home, how does a loving parent pursue them without driving them further away? One thing that parent does is let the child know that there is an ongoing open-door policy. The child knows they will always be welcomed back home. Likewise, when we wander from God, he always keeps his door open for us. But God doesn’t just passively wait for us to return. He lovingly pursues sinners in ways that make them long for home.
In the Church Year, we have come to the season of Lent. The word Lent comes from an old English word for spring: “lengthen,” when the days grow longer. For over 1,400 years the Church has set aside the 40 days between Ash Wednesday and Easter as a time of repentance and renewal. In this 40-day journey to the cross and tomb, we will see the surprising strategies our heavenly Father uses for getting sinners back home, close to him and the loving care he offers.

Join us Wednesdays starting March 5 for a midweek Lenten series: Reflections on Repentance.
“The Lord is not slow to do what he promised…Instead, he is patient for your sakes, not wanting anyone to perish, but all to come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9). This series of Lenten reflections explores the depths of our sinful depravity, the brokenness of our relationship with God, our dire need for rescue, and the good new of forgiveness, cleansing, and rejoicing in our restored relationship with God and the promise of eternal life through Jesus our Savior.
