Christ Lutheran Church is a community of believers built upon Christ and his Word. In an age of skepticism and doubt, we continue to hold unswervingly to the sure hope of eternal life through Jesus our Savior. We look to his unchanging Word for the comfort and guidance we need in life. We are confident that God is still at work today in his living Word and in his Holy Sacraments.
Christ Lutheran was founded in 1887 in North St. Paul and continues to expand its ministries today with a second worship site in Hugo. Our primary focus is to proclaim the good news of Jesus, the Savior of the world. We do this through continuous Christian education. In addition to weekly worship, we offer various Bible classes meant for young and old alike. Christ Lutheran also has an elementary school that provides a Christ-centered education to children from Pre-K through 8th grade.
Our church is a part of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS).To find out more details about our beliefs, please click on this link to the WELS “What We Believe’ statement of belief.
