Pastor Jeff Mittelstadt was born and baptized into God’s family in Hartford, WI in 1967. He grew up with his parents and two brothers on a farm outside the small town of Juneau, WI. He graduated from Northwestern Preparatory High School in Watertown, WI, in 1985; and then Northwestern College, also in Watertown, in 1989. He then attended Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, WI, graduating with a Masters of Divinity in 1993. While attending Seminary, Jeff served his internship (Vicar) year at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Norfolk, NE. Upon graduating from Seminary, Jeff was assigned to serve as the pastor of Resurrection Lutheran Church of Maumee, OH, where he served 14 happy years. In October of 2006, Pastor Mittelstadt was called here to Christ Lutheran of North St. Paul, MN. In addition to sharing the preaching and teaching responsibilities, Pastor Mittelstadt oversees three areas of our Church’s Ministry: Church Elders, Counseling, and Administration. Jeff is married to Krista, and is a proud father of six children – Alana, Chloe, Josiah, Jedidiah, Jonah, and Jerusha. In addition to the joy of serving this church family, Jeff also enjoys just about any outdoor activity, as well as volleyball, soccer, or a few leaps on the family trampoline.
